Jane Harb has been dedicated to the study, practice, and teaching of yoga and the healing arts since 2001. She has helped people from all walks of life discover greater strength, balance, flexibility and resilience, while also reducing their stress, anxiety and body aches.

She holds multiple certifications including Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Yoga for Trauma and PTSD, and Meditation. She is a faculty member at the University of California, San Diego in the Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Throughout her journey, Jane has had the privilege of studying with some of the most respected and revered teachers, including the venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, Judith Hanson Lasater, Saul David Raye, Louvenia Azzan, Raven Grimassi, Loci Shines Yonder and Shakta Khalsa.

She has worked with an extensive range of people, including athletes, executives, children, at-risk youth, survivors of abuse, people with disabilities, combat veterans and more. She has taught at retreats and workshops throughout California, including the acclaimed White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. She is also a published author in the Yoga for the Brain series.

Jane believes there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to yoga. Every individual is unique, with their own gifts, goals, and challenges.

She believes there is a practice suitable for every-body at every stage of life.

Her teaching has always been rooted in compassion, healing, and a deep respect for each person’s journey.

Jane is also a mother, creator, and life-long student. In her spare time, you might find her swimming in a clean lake, floating peacefully down a river, or breathing in a luscious forest.

She believes that yoga is not only something to practice on the mat, but is a way of living fully, with grace, inner-peace and reverence for life.
